YOGASHA and professional non directive counselling
Our focus of counselling is to provide non directive counselling support to help clients deal with personal problems. Yogasha provides two types of counselling:
Individual counseling helps individuals to be aware of themselves and their needs.
In group counselling, counselor works with multiple clients in order to help them to understand themselves as well as feel free to express feelings and thoughts freely.

Other services can be provided when it is needed such as presentations, lectures and workshops. Limited psychological assessment may be provided as part of counselling to assist in the therapeutic process. Referrals to client Health Center psychiatrists for medication and/or psychological evaluation may be made as appropriate. .

How yoga instructor works?
Yoga is not only a body exercise it also a body and mind relaxation technique. Yogic poses, breathing control and meditation give healthy body and mind. It is safe and better to study under the supervision of a guru (trained teacher).
We based our work in trusting, loving, caring and respecting relationship between students and teacher. We provide scientific and systematic Yoga techniques to the clients in simple and effective way. Breathing techniques are based on the concept that breath is the source of life in the body.
The Yoga student gently increases breath control to improve the health and function of both body and mind. These two systems of exercise and breathing prepare the body and mind for meditation, and the student finds an easy approach to a quiet mind that allows silence and healing from everyday stress. Regular daily practice of all three parts of this structure of Yoga produce end result a clear, bright mind and a strong, capable body.

Yoga is a great ancient Indian system going back to thousands of years. The Indian sage Patanjali systematized the science of yoga.
The word Yoga is derived from the ancient Indian language Sanskrit which means 'Unity'. There are so many definitions about yoga. Unity of body and mind. The union of body and breath.
